INGREDIENTS
2 wild salmon filets (raw or cooked)
1 cup cooked and shelled edamame
½ English cucumber, sliced
4 sheets nori
½ avocado, sliced
2 cups cooked sushi rice
½ cup mayonnaise with olive oil
1 tablespoon sriracha
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put collectively sriracha aioli: Stir collectively mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl until combined. (You could as effectively skip the aioli and easily drizzle with soy sauce for a lightened up mannequin.)
